As each outfit  made-to-order, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy ensures that every piece is carefully crafted to your specifications. We recommend reviewing the product details and sizing carefully before placing your order to ensure you are completely satisfied with your selection.   

We do not accept any cancellations once an order has been placed.

We kindly request you to place your order with full consideration, as once confirmed, it goes straight into production. This policy helps us reduce waste, ensure mindful consumption, and maintain the highest standards of quality.
